PC Doodle returned my computer missing many interior screws, with serious damage after it was slapped back together by a technician in a fit of anger when I decided I didn't want to keep waiting for them to finish the job. The motherboard is now failing mysteriously, the CD and USB drives are not registering and it can't be fixed. The CD drive and other interior components were also missing screws and were not secure. \r

This was a childish and unprofessional way to behave which caused serious and costly damage to my machine. \r

Our laptop DC jack broke, and I brought it in on a Saturday and was told it would definitely be done by Tuesday. On Tuesday evening I stopped in, and he had not yet started repairs because he couldn't remember what was wrong with it, and he did not bother to call me to find out.
