I am not sure when those who left positive responses visited; however, the experience we had was far from! The doctor was extremely rude to my family and I. The worst part was our 13-year old lab - of which my 9 year old son had had since birth was being put down due to numerous complications. He was very "rough' with our dog and did not treat him with any compassion. It was terrible!\r

(Prior to moving to Jacksonville, our true vet recommended him to be put down if his condition did not improve- I would have never trusted their judgement)
