As a walk-in I had to wait over an hour before we received service. (Even when we called ahead of time to make sure we could be seen within the hour.)\r

It seemed like once we were in the back room for our check-up, the workers just wanted to get us out after simply checking for heart worm when we came in for a full exam. When we talked about our dogs flea problem, it was almost brushed off. I had to press just to get a type of medicine recommended! For just the heart worm test, and exam it cost $65. \r

I thought that an updated review might be helpful! It wasn't a horrible or upsetting experience, just less caring than I was expecting with little kindness with problems that seemed important to me.
