They sold me the wrong fluid for my Ford diesel power steering unit and destroyed the entire system. $2,800 damage! I dont have the money. Im in a wheel chair from polio and need the vehicle for my job to make the house payments. I had not picked the fluid---I asked their employees for advice and THEY chose it. Pat santon, district manager at 360-261-2199 said QUOTE: "Its a BUYER BEWARE thing." They say I shouldnt trust my vehicle to what their employees say and that I should have known if it was wrong. They refuse to help. KUDOS, OReilly. You are destroyinmg my family for the stinking value of parts and labor of YOUR mistake.
