I think it is rather disrespectful that your company will deliver parts to the big companies but you won't take care of the little guy trying to fix his/her own car by delivering parts to them if they are in need of such services, See how it is the little guy that buys parts everyday just because they don't have a company account with you, you won't deliver to someone.. That is stupid if you really want to get ahead of say Auto zone, or Napa give your customers the option of having you bring the parts to them my car isn't working right now and I have no way to get to the store to buy the parts I need I have been buying parts from checker ever since I got my first car and I have had over 30+ cars to this point and any time I needed to work on them I got the parts from checker..... Not anymore until you offer parts delivery I will shop at auto zone and Napa they may not deliver but they have better pricing!
