1st- I called direct to hotel and asked if this was Inn and suite, because I stayed in suite in NYC. They said yes and confirmed suite with fridge and microwave. 2nd - I reserved rm w/2 qu beds3rd - gave credit card to hold rm because we were driving in late.Arrived to find rm was not avail. Clerk said "it developed a hole in the wall". They would offer me a king with a roll-out for our daughter. My protests fell on deaf ears. No manager at 9:30 P.M. Clerk suggested I take the room and see manager in the A.M. - I reluctantly took the room. It was NOT a suite but a dirty room with a dirty looking cot, and a fridge and a microwave (out of place) pushed against the wall. It was late and I did not think I would be able to find a room in another hotel. I asked for a 1-800 to call corp. The clerk smiled and said we are independently owned. *Translation: They can't do anything to us. In the morning (8:20), my daughter went to the desk and asked for clean towels. She was told we would have to
