Drs. Rowe & Culley are great. I have adopted shelter and homeless animals all my life and have gone to Aid for at least 20 years. I usually choose animals that are harder to place, such as older animals. The doctors and staff are so understanding of my situation. On several occasions I have had to make decisions about euthanasia, and they are very compassionate and honest about animal suffering as well as the cost of some treatments and my need to assist as many as possible while still obeying the law & keeping a clean home for all of us. My daughter and several friends go to Aid at my reccomendation. The staff always tells me about group mediction discounts. I love Natalie & all the staff too. My dog, Qi-Qi, does say that their scale weighs her heavy, but I don't really believe it (labs just eat too much)!
