yea i was bringing back a set of plugs i bought out there that was defective,they didnt fire.i was told that i couldnt get a refund because i had installed them.well id like to know how you can tell if its bad without installing it?instead of getting a simple yes we will take em back or no we will not,the manager proceded to call me a liar.ill never do buisness there again and id suggest no one else did,since ive herd other people tell me he has been a complete but with them also.
