I have never been so disrespected and disgusted by a company before and Van Vreedes went over the top. They act like your best friend when you are in there buying a product, but afterwards it is horrible. I had an employee named Marlene N. who "took care of me" and yet she failed to let me know about the store's policy, restocking fees, and if you put money down they order it right away for you. So if you can't buy the items you originally wanted, you lose the money you deposited. \r

Do you know the phrase, "Customers First"? Well, that's not the case at Van Vreedes on College Ave in Appleton, Wi. Cheryl Schwartz a manager proved that to me by saying "Marlene is a long time employee so I trust her judgement." Wouldn't you be appalled if the manager from a professional business told you this? Customers are always first when it comes to sales. It's our money we are talking about, not theirs. If they want our service, than they should go above and beyond, because if they don't then they
