I purchased a washer & dryer 2 yrs ago and have had nothing but problems with it damaging and tearing clothes. I've called for repair services more times than I can remember now and still same problems. Oh but to my suprise there was more, just this past weekend the washer started leaking out lots of water all over the basement and carpet area. I've worked with their customer service person for months now and have corresponded by phone and email and yet I have to hear an apology. In fact she didn't even return my last email but just had the repair department contact me to schedule yet another repair! While their sales people are great at selling their customer service and attitude towards solving a problem is less than acceptable. You bet I will be sharing my nightmare of an experience with everyone I come across!
