If for no other reason...you should go to Past Tense Cider Mill in Lapeer just for the Apple Cider. WOW!!!!! I just had two tall glasses and I want more!!!! Really, I love this stuff...probably too much. lol \r Besides the wonderfully tasty cider, Past Tense is a day trip that will warm your heart and fill your belly. The diner is small, but quaint. The food is top notch and very generous servings are provided at a value price. The pizza....Oh my! The pizza toppings are fresh, super serving size. The all meat pizza is for the true MeatEater! \r During the Fall Festival, six weeks during the September/October months, for a couple dollars, Past Tense turns the clock back with Bluegrass music, pumpkins everywhere, Hayrides where you can pick your own pumpkin, the kids can get their faces painted, and play in a smalltown carnival....and for a very reasonble charge, you can make your own full size scarecrow (They're all over Lapeer at business sites and home sites) and keep those no
