OK! I usually don't give places bad reviews BUT this place deserves it. I had such a bad experience. I went in there yesterday to inquire about their wedding cakes. A friend of mine used them and was quite pleased. I had read all the reviews here and thought that HEY - Gallis's Sanitary Bakery ...despite the strange name sounds like a good place -- i was absolutely wrong! \r

When I went in I immediately mentioned that the bakery had been recommended to me and that I'd like to speak to someone about wedding cakes. The counter girl immediately went into the back and a woman came out. The woman informed me that they no longer are making wedding cakes since they have had some problems with the help. Ok - sounds fine --tho weird for a place that claims on both their www site and on their business cards that they "specialize" in Birthday and wedding cakes. The woman mentioned that she'd would give me her son's phone number and that I could talk to him about the cake and see if
