Review content:
I recently brought my best friend there on two instances, both times my dog came out worse off then when I had brought him in. The first time I thought was a fluke. I brought him in for a simple nailtrim and ear cleaning, only for him to come back out with three nails bleeding and half of his ear debris still in his ear. Which I made them take him back to get the rest. Second time, he went in for boarding for about a week. (my mistake for thinking it was acceptable leaving him in a cage but at a vet hospital) When the employee brought him up, he looked...nasty..I guess. There was feces dried into his paws as well as a slight urine stain on his tail. Very noticable by sight and nose. Upon asking the staff they implied I didn't know what I was talking about and insisted I make a payment right away. I have also heard negative stories from co-workers etc regarding the way the hospital treats their animals. From my experiences it seems as though they are more in it for the money than what brought them there...the animals. I know take my dog to a new faciltity and we couldn't be happier! Pros: Close to home. Cons: You name it.
