I recently took my gf to this clinic. We first mad a few phone calls around town checking out the clinics that offered the service we were looking for. Dr. Samuel's office quoted us a price over the phone of $650.00 of which $150.00 was due at the initial exam.
Once he took our money and performed the exam He told us that my Girlfriend would be 17 weeks 4 days into her pregnancy at the time of the procedure. Our primary physician told us she was 15 weeks along. He then said the procedure would be 1500.00. We were shocked. Just to be sure that he was accurate with his diagnosis, we went to a 3rd doctor for an ultrasound. The 3rd doctor told us we were 15 weeks 2 days. I placed 7 calls to Dr. Samuel's office 3 of which I explained the difference. None of the calls were returned by Dr. Samuel or his staff. Finally I went to his office and asked for him personally. His office administrator saw us saying he was not available. I explained my self nicely and asked for a refund of the $150 or gave the option to do the procedure for less money. I was asked to leave the property asap. I remained nice and rebuttled with How could this be it was physically impossible for her to be pregnant 17 weeks ago. That I had documentation for everything.
They didn't want to hear it. They only wanted to gouge us. The manager said he was not motivated by money?
Do yourself a favor Go elsewhere You will get the same quality of care for a lot less money. If they lie to you about your condition how can you trust them with your life?
