Review content:
I had both my sons go there for orthodonics at the same time. They seemed to do a decent job with the braces but their billing practices are predatory. \r
\r
First they didn't bill the right amount to my insurance, so they had me paying more than I should have for that resaon.\r
\r
Second, I changed employers but not insurance and they increased my rate. At that point, I found out that they have a policy to increase your final bill if you lose insurance despite the fact that your original contract may have a lower rate due to a negotiated lower rate with your insurance company. Furthermore, they don't even prorate the time that you are under insurance, but expect you to pay the full rate even if half the care was done under insurance as was my case. \r
Eventually, after many angry phone calls I got them to adjust my fee back to the original amount, but that was only because I still had the same insurance. If I had actually lost my insurace they intended to bill up to the full rate which was over $4000 above the negotiated rate for 2 kids. \r

Don't trust any contract you sign with this group!
