In the heart of Mayfield Village, Pizzazz is one of the best Italian restaurants I've ever been too! They offer a lil something for everyone (pizza, calzones, salads, subs, & pasta) and the quality of their food is EXCELLENT! Their prices are very affordable as well. They have a killer meatball sub that includes chips for only $4.50 and offer some nice sized dinners (grilled chicken, a side of pasta and salad) for around 9 dollars. The people that work there are very friendly, and when you call and place a carry-out order they get it ready in no time!!!
