I recently moved down from Seattle and needed to find a new mechanic in the LA area when my BMW water pump went out. After getting quotes from several west side shops, Loyola gave me a quote about 10-15% lower than others and delivered on their promise. Their service was fast, quick and excellent and my trust in John and Scott was high. And, they did not come back with all kinds of add on requirements to the bill. \r
