My daughter pediatrician is at the Kidz Care Klinic. While I love the doctor, her staff leaves much to be desired. They appear uneducated, and don't seem to really like their job. Every time I've ever called in (usually with an emergency), I've been forwarded to the "nurse's" voicemail. They take a considerable amount of time to return phone calls, and give questionable advice. At one point, my daughter was running a 103 temperature, and I was told to strip her naked and take her temp again in a few minutes. That didn't seem quite right to me. Another time I called during their lunch hour, and was charged a $10 fee for paging the doctor! I continue to take my daughter only because the doctor is wonderful, and that is more important to me than the staff.
PROS: Wonderful Doctor
CONS: Horrible staff
