Review content:
We used Bear Realty when purchasing our first home. When we appeared to be interested in a home, our realtor suggested that we offer on the spot, playing us into the obvious ploy of a planted "earlier showing" that was gushing over the house when we arrived. She walked us through the property line, said that there was a recent survey on file, and suggested that having a well test wasn't at all necessary for the neighborhood. Thus ... we bought a house for the asking price with an unpotable well, thinking that a .25 acre easement was part of our property line. We called to complain about the mistreatment and outright lies, and were told that our complaints were misplaced and that it wasn't the realtor's fault that we didn't know how to buy a house.
