Review content:
Wow. I found myself between a rock and a hard place this month. My dog is covered in fleas, no matter what remedy I have tried. I called Dr. John Otto's office to see if he could help relieve ""Mister Miyagi""s abject misery, just for a couple of days until I get paid and can attack my whole dog's environment properly. While he did return my call, he offered a bevy of treatments I can't afford. He would not help even a little pro-bono, or work with me. If you've ever been in a situation like this, you know how difficult it is to ask for help. And this was ""Norman's Best Vet"". I'm going to have to partially agree with both other reviews. He does seem to be in it for the money. The second person had $1100. If you find yourself without, your pet will be without. Not good veterinary practice. Not even ""I wish I could help"". I have $1 to my name, and I wouldn't spend it at this vet.
