I am always quick to speak up in complaint when I think a company has not lived up to its potential in serving the customer. I realized I should be just as quick to recognize and applaud a company who gives us exemplary service. Both Gloria and Greg at Ackerman Security have the knowledge, experience, and desire to provide excellent service. When I call Gloria, she responds quickly, identifies the problem, and in most cases proceeds to solve it herself. If not, she forwards my concerns appropriately and consistently follows up. Gloria is always prompt in returning her calls. On technical issues she often amazes me with her knowledge. I very much appreciate those times when I am not so right (i.e., wrong), she has never been anything but courteous. \r
