I seemed to have the opposite kind of experience that the last reviewer did in 2008. My husband and I have been going to this dentist for approximately the last year as have our 2 girls. I even had an issue with one of my fillings and went back a few more times for them to adjust it to make it more comfortable. They did not charge me for the return visits at all and made sure I was happy. My husband has had extensive work done and really liked his dentist too (which was a different one than mine). He was also very happy with the work that was done. The office staff is very friendly and they did know our names. They were wonderful with our girls and neither of them are afraid to visit the dentist in the least. They actually look forward to getting their teeth cleaned. The desk ladies were very professional to us and the billing asistant helped us with some insurance issues that popped up. I'm sure we will be patients of theirs for a long time to come.
