We are honestly perplexed by this review by cindy m. We do not even have a client by that name, unless the disgruntled client is using a pseudonym. If you had a problem with the business, it would have made sense to let us know when we did a reminder call 6 weeks after the supposed incident, but none of us even remember any such incident happening in the first place. Who are you, really?
