Dr. Jere, Hi hope you remember us,, Tom and Jean LeGere. We got our dog April 1, 1982 from you after the loss of our first dog. One day about a year later you called us and asked us to stop by and see something Well it was just what we didn't think we wanted after loosing our first dog that we loved so very much, but you insisted just take her home for the weekend and see if you like her. As you well know she was a keeper and I believe you got her brother Rusty they were poodle-Terrier mix (I think) Anyway they didn't shed at all and with there curly hair they were both so adorable. What a blessing that turned out to be.Katie was such a loving dog and so very well behaved. We both loved her so very much no words could ever explain.Unfortunately for us she had to leave to be with the lord as we wouldn't let her go on with her pain from pancreatic diabetes so we let her go to be with the lord on May 23,2009. We really miss her in our elder years especially after loosing our youngest son Da
