Review content:
I was very unsatisfied with the profession of University Florist. I requested for flowers to be delivered to an apartment complex and left two phone numbers to where they can contact me. I later found out that the flowers had not been received, and I called them for an explanation. The lady told me that they had left the flowers at the door. Come on! Don't you think that other people would take it? Anyhow, I was disappointed that they didn't even bother calling either of the phone numbers I had given them, mine and the recipient's, to let me know that they did attempt to deliver. It was Valentine's Day and I know they had a busy load, but the poor unprofessional service that they provided and the charge for the roses was not worth it for me. I will never order from this shop again!
