Review content:
Took car in to get fixed, they told us it would cost about $500. The next day they called to inform us that the mechanics had broken the bolts and now the car would need further work. The new estimate was $1100. Also, the car was no longer safe to drive. We asked them not to touch the car and we had it towed. However, Gattos charged us nearly $100 for the "attempted work". So it cost us $155 (after the tow) for them to further damage our car. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE!! They are not honest people, and they are only trying to make money. They will rip you off!
