I am the person who posted the review "Tint Shop Sucks - Stay Away." After filing a complaint, the Tint Shop did an outstanding job of fixing the issues. They replaced the wrong head unit with a free upgrade, refunded me the $100, and even gave me a $100 coupon towards the future. Kudos to Tint Shop for doing the right thing and making an unhappy customer satisfied. After customer service like this, I would now recommend the Tint Shop to others for tint OR sound.
