About 14-15 years ago, I worked for a company that used Roy's Tire Center for all their company vehicles. Every since then I've tried to go to Roy's when I need tires or need a repair. I like that Roy's is a local business and not a chain. They seem to have competitive prices and I can usually get service done fairly quickly. The waiting area is sort of grungy, like an old fashioned service station, and isn't all glitzy and clean and brightly lit like a chain place. But if you can deal with the smell of oil and a little dirty while you wait, you're sure to be happy with Roy's Tire Center.
PROS: Local business, good prices, reasonable service times
CONS: Small slightly grungy waiting area
