Review content:
If you're a small animal lover, the staff here will take good care of your pet. My darling rat has visited several times due to ailments typical in rats, and the vet and his assistant have been really gentle with my girl. I was especially impressed with the love and attention given my rat by the assistant. It's great to know that your pet is being cared for by someone who genuinely admires animals! Furthermore, I appreciated the vet's honesty. One of my rat's conditions is chronic, and while there is a temporary solution available, it would cost a lot of money and provide only a cosmetic improvement. The vet explained this honestly and didn't push me to shell out several hundred dollars for the temporary fix (that would have to be repeated). He was also very patient while I cried in the exam room. I can't give a higher rating because I did find some problems with their pricing ($85 just for a visit with my rat... not including the treatment) and their suggestions for payment plans (which are basically high-interest loans). I can't judge how well these vets treat larger animals, but if it's anything like the way they treat exotic animals, I'd say you and your loved ones are in good hands.
