I went to Bob's discount store in Southington because is a really big place with alot to choose from. I bought from the Pit (a clearance area) the set I bought was a really nice leather sectional with pillows. When I got the next day to pick it up, it was Gone!...I was so upset I had hired this 4 guys with a truck to help me bring them home and completely wasted my time and money. Then this lady assitant manager was such an b**** like it was my fault they double sold the furniture. On top of that I had paid with my debit card and they would onyl refund the money back to my bank account, making me wait 4 more days to get my money back. They didnt even apologize. Very bad experience. (04/2010)
