I too, have had a bad experience form Bob's. Order and purchaced\r a plain jane recliner. Paid up front the date was 12/10/10. Was told by the salesman it would be in on 1/8/11. The lady at the\r desk told us we were responsible to call and pick up. January 8th\r comes, we call, the only way we could get a person was to say\r we owed money. They told us the chair was ready to be pick up.\r Drive to the store location, hold on to your hats, guess what. The\r chair is not there. Demanding our money. The manager comes over and tells us the store will deliver to our house for free, on January 18, 2011. The guys were late and guess what the chair\r was the wrong color. Refused the delivery. Now it's 2/13/11 and\r I'm waiting for a check. How is it that customers has to pay up front, but refund check takes over a month to receive. Customer service sucks. I've called and they are like, "why are you calling" II want my money back. Will not go or recommend this store to a \r hobo.
