My first new car was a Honda Accord from Vans. Now that I have 3 kids, I drive the Pilot. Love It. I haven't had many issues but when I do I always bring it back to Vans. They are so great about taking care of me and the kids and really making sure that our lives are not completely thrown upside down due to the service visit. I walk in the door and they recognize me and usually call me by name. Dan our sales rep is wonderful. And the guys (and lady) in the service department are patient and kind to my kids- that means a lot to me.
