My son first met with a therapist named Sandra. She was great! She quit the practice after 2months of seeing her. Obviously it was not good for her there because this was w/no notice. We really liked the therapist and so did my son.\r \r However the office manager is AWFUL! She told me I would need to contact my insurance provider for the correct code to bill. She gave me a list of codes and told me to have my insurance tell the correct one to use. She would chase me to the parking lot to remind me that it was not her job to ensure the insurance forms were invoiced correctly, that it was my responsibility.\r \r I contacted Anthem and they adamantly told me they were not ethically allowed to provide insurance codes to me or to the practice. Anthem has since contacted the licensing board against this practice for ethic violations.\r \r I understand why Sandra left. This practice is horrible in their administrative capacity. To request a patient provide you with correct insurance code
