Stay away from this places. After taking my working watch to them, they gave it back to me in a nonworking state after I refused to have the work done. I noticed that the watch was not working the very next day. I called them and informed them that the watch was working when I brought to them and now it's broken. I was told that I was lying and that others had tried this before. Keep in mind, I did not ask that they place it back in it's same condition or pay me. They passed the telephone to three different woman, all of whom were as obnoxious as the first. Make sure you keep your claim ticket after you pick up your watch or they will keep it and not return it, if you decide to use them. They will place items on there that you did not ask for and use it later to justify their negligence. I have contacted the Illinois attorney general and I am contemplating a suit. I am willing to spend more than the value of the watch just to see them in court. I could not believe the way that they
