Never EVER buy anything from American Furniture in Davenport, IA. I've had the worst customer service experience all over a cracked peice of furniture. I owe all my frustrations to Ginny and Ryan who should win the award of creating the most frustrating experiences ever, all over a faulty peice of wood. After speaking with Ginny in the store, she finally put her hands over her face and mumbled some stuff to which I can only assume was laced with profanity.... IN THE STORE. Then she told me that Ryan would call. After not hearing anything for a week, I called Ryan and explained the situation. He was apologetic, but apparently received his Cust. Serv training from Ginny. He promised all sorts of corrective action, but nothing has been done yet... not even a returned phonecall after 1 week and 3 messages. Go to Best Buy, Aaron's, even a garage sale if you need to purchase TV's or furniture. DON'T GO TO AMERICAN IN DAVENPORT, IA!!!!
