First visit--the office is gorgeous, the staff is so friendly and genuine, the pricing is reasonable and the exam was the most thorough (and gentle) exam I've ever had. They encourage questions, ask frequently if you're comfortable, explain EVERYTHING, and they are kind. You have your own "team" that takes care of you. I'm going to need a crown and a few fillings, but I knew that before I made the appointment. This is how a dental office should be...comfortable, uptempo, transparent, friendly (and this one is classy, to boot!) They also are involved in innovative research on sleep disorders and aesthetics. Very cool. I never thought I'd say this about a dentist's office, but I'm actually looking forward to going back.
