My parents have been taking their dog to the office for a few years and really likes the vets. After I moved to the area, I started taking my dog there also. I found the vets and the techs to be wonderful. And they care for your dog as they would there own. But I and my parents also did run into receptionist issues. Only one receptionist in particular who can be very sarcastic loud and rude. The first time I came in with my dog I had also brought my cat's records along so they could put him in the system also, this way I could get reminders when he is due for his shots. She had very curtly told me that she wouldn't take them because alot of people don't come back and it's a waste of time. She would only put them in when I brought the cat in. Now I need to guess when he's due for what shots. I have also had issues picking up prescriptions. If she can't find them there is always a lot of sighing and eyerolling. It's a shame because I'm sure there are plenty of capable friendly people who
