Review content:
I was astounded to read the previous review. Everyone has their opinion, but as mine is quite different from that other, I thought I'd offer it for comparison. \r \r Rick Graff at Graff's Automotive had done lots of work on our cars over the years and we've always been pleased with the work, the service and the value.\r \r My daughter had a problem with her Nissan Altima a few weeks ago and he got her car right in and fixed quickly as she was in a hurry to get over Snoqualmie Pass. Right now, an old Ford Explorer of ours is at Graff's -- and Rick has been super easy to work with. This is the closest thing to a neighborhood repair shop and he's been in business for years. THAT doesn't happen by chance.\r \r Note: l've seen our local firefighters bring their private vehicles to Graff's. Surely they could go wherever they want, but he's got a good reputation with them... and us.
