Super service. I was running out of hot water really fast so I called Empire out for a free evaluation. They arrived on time and checked out the water heater. They drained the water heater and took out the anode rod in the top of the heater. Bob had a camera and a light and he put it into the water heater.\r
He examined the inside and showed me what it looked like. It was horrible. Bob then removed the drain valve and installed a bigger one and tried to power flush the water heater clean. All of this was at no charge so far. After about 10 minutes of power flushing we could see that the water heater wasn't going to come clean. It had too many years (12) on it without any maintenance.\r
I had them installed one of their water heaters and I am very pleased with the service and do recommend Empire Plumbing for any type of plumbing work, especially water heaters.
