Review content:
Upon retirement, I spent 3 to 4 months with memos back and forth (from another state) arranging all minute details for my requirements in an apartment. Spyglass representatives assured me that I would receive all amenities. I purposely arrived 2 days earlier than the truck hauling my furniture and auto. I wanted to be able to show exactly where the furniture would be put and to finish any paperwork. On Friday, I called. Sat. I called. Sun. I called. No response. Monday, the day the furniture was to arrive, I received a call and the person did not know what it was about. On arriving at the office, she had no keys for me. She even inquired if I had the keys! I had been promised an "enclosed" patio. There was a 2x4 concrete slab, nothing enclosed for my pet. That is just an example of false advertisement and unsubstantiated promises. I was able to leave without anyone contesting the lease. I ended up spending twice my transportation allotment after looking for another place
