Wachovia Bank Complaint Holding Payroll Checks For Over 10 Days (When Funds Are Available)..Csr - Wachovia Practices And Services Posted By: Sarah4810 on 11/28/2007 I logged on today and saw a posted balance of $841 and make a payment to my phone company for $75.00. When I called tonight she told me that although my posted balance is showing $841 I will STILL get an overdraft fee..or 'transfer fee' (since you don't charge an overdraft with overdraft protection..you charge a 'transfer' fee) when that payment goes through. Their banking services have declined immeasurably in the past year to 2 years and your customer service has also declined. The way I was treated tonight by the representative and by the banking 'system' (which they blame it on) from overdraft fees that I PAY out of MY savings account..and I pay YOU $10 for is ridiculous. Even if this was from my past overdrafts before I started overdraft protection, it's almost 2008 now and they have no right to hold onto
