Review content:
We recently boarded our German Shepherd at Walhalla Vet Clinic for 4 nights. The cost was $14 a night which was cheap compared to many others. When we had someone drop her off, we asked them to check into looking at her ear which had become red. They said it would cost $40 to look at her plus whatever they decided she needed. We decided to wait and take her to our vet when we returned. Without confirming the charges with us first, they decided to go ahead and do it anyway so that we had a bill waiting when we arrived. The most upsetting thing, though, was that they had taken the liberty to put a choker collar on her that was WA\r
Y too tight and barely fit over her head. This was wrong and I'm sure this was not comfortable for our dog. When we mentioned that the collar was too tight, we got a shrug and this response, "I know." We will never be bringing out pets back here.
