I've been a patient for at least 8 years. I have used their emergency number a couple of times never got called back until this last time. The answering service is extremely rude I didn't hear from anyone so I called the answering service back they told me to call back in 20 minutes then 20 minutes turned into every hour. For the first time I got a call back the line went dead, so I called back the line kept disconnecting so I thought I had a bad cell phone connection. When Alvin did call back he told me he was hanging up on me on purpose because he was at a graduation. So How would I know he's at a graduation ?? Why is he stupid enough to carry the emergency phone when he's not going to answer it ?? So basically I got chewed out by my doctor for calling him when he was at a graduation. He has no concern for his patients just the bottom line money. DO Not Use Suckerlov & Suckerlov as your doctors.
