We get married in 18 days. Our dress was paid in full back in April 2009. My brides dress is still NOT HERE!\r

I have watched her cry over this important piece of our special wedding day. I am in this industry and in no way would we ever fail a bride without making it right! \r

There has not been one apology to my bride, not one phone call, nothing to ease the frustration of all of this. I am just told to RELAX.\r

Another wedding dress company was just noted in the news for closing its doors to several brides in which the company never ordered or paid for the dresses. I hope this is not the same case due to the economy. \r

This company does NOTHING after they get your money, and when things go wrong they DONT CARE! \r
