I've taken 4 cats there and by the 4th one I was DONE! Dr. Dupont was great with my boys. Extremely attentive and thorough. One of my boys had a heart condition which required by yearly ultrasounds. 7 yrs later the boys passed on and I adopted 2 girl cats one of which was FIV+ . On one of my visits to the vet the tech isolated myself and the girls in a separate room (although the girls were in their crate) and when she came to get us for the appt she had on a surgical mask, gloves, and gown. I was so upset that I informed the office manager, who by the way is very unprofessional and is in need of a major attitude adjustment, and she proceeded to tell me my girls were contagious!!!!. Needless to say I have never been back to. Poor customer service, over priced service and lack of communication from staff. I used to love this place because it had everything boarding, great staff, wonderful doctors, great pet toys, etc; but sadly Dr. DuPont has lost sight of why she started this
