DOES NOT CONSIDER AIR CONDITIONING AN EMERGENCY AND WILL NOT FIX ON WEEKENDS!!! People die from this every year! We were very pleased with our townhouse we rent from Goldsmith, but not so pleased with the service. It is a gated area and when we asked how we are supposed to allow guests/deliveries in, the realtor clearly had no idea, but said she thought there was an intercom and told us to look for it. There isn't. Instead we must simply give out the gate code which defeats the purpose of the gate. We were excited to have a fireplace, even if it's electric, but when we asked for instructions on how to use it, the realtor had no idea. With no help from her, we found some instructions for a fireplace in the townhouse, but they are not for the same fireplace as they instruct us to turn a knob that isn't there and say nothing of the on/off switch that is there. There is stuffing in the fireplace made to appear like ashes that would not be wise to ignite, so we are apparently left with a fi
