I was very hesitant to take my Shadow there, although everyone I had ever come across said that they were very good with not only the health care of the furry babies but they were a very warm friendly group as well. I must admit that my Dog shadow seems a lot more relaxed with KRAH than he did at the other place I went to. They are also so much more cheaper in a lot of ways. I don't mind giving the best treatment for my buck with any of my furry babies but I won't shy away from getting better treatment for less money either. The vet as well as her staff is so easy to talk to and they really not only try and make your pet as comfy as possible (no one is ever happy at a doctors office) but to make you feel like your concerns are dealt with as well as reassured that they will do what they can as long as they can.
