I want to first tell you my salesman Ankur Varma has renewed my faith in Performance. This is the 4th car my wife and I have either purchased or leased from Performance Toyota and the time before this was a very unpleasant experience so much so I considered never going back. I explained all this to Ankur and he was a breath of fresh air and was always up front and honest when I asked a question. The Sales Manager also got involved and when I was in talking with Ankur recently we talked about what had happened and even though he was only the bearer of the bad news and not responsible for what happened the time before this he went out of his way to make sure this experience was much better. \r

Brian and the body shop man Paul are also helping with some scratches on my Jetta that I need to turn back in at the end of my lease. They explained how many of the scratches would never be an issue with Toyota which again adds to my confidence in Toyota and their personnel.\r
