I had a 3:30 confirmed appt for my cat and sat in the lobby for over an hour before being called back (there was hardly anyone there). After weighing my cat they left me in the room for another 20 mins without an explanation. Finally I had enough and put my cat back in his carrier and told the lady at the front that I had already been there almost one and a half hours and was leaving. No apology or anything. Go to Central Vet as they actually care about and respect their customers.
