This is a reply to Gary H's review. There is always a 2nd side to a story especially when the person is dishonest. I know the facts personally. Dr Manzer was assigned to Gary's care in the hospital through unassigned call. Meaning he did not have a primary care physician. The doctors in town rotate these admissions. He was cared for while in the hospital & appropriate referals were made as he had significant health issues. Dr Manzer is REQUIRED by that hospital to follow up with such unassigned patients to provide a greater level of care & ensure his condition(s) are improving & being managed regardless if a specialist is involved. Primary care physicians are vital in whole health medical care as they communicate with the specialists. The specialists rely on them to manage the patient as well as they focus on one area of medicine such as a cardiologist & primary care givers have to manage all modalities.
